Open Farm & Sheep Shearing

Join the fun as we open Moonrise Farm for the season.The whole farm will be open as the sheep and alpacas move to their summer barn and pastures. But first things first…let’s get Sweet Pea & Friends their summer haircuts.  We’ll kick off the weekend with our annual sheep shearing where you can help with the activities or just watch from a comfy hay bale by the fence.  There will be new lambs & chicks and all your favorite Sweet Pea & Friends characters! Refreshments and a farm store in the Event Barn by the pond. This is a free community event and coincides with the Vermont Craft Council Spring Open Studio Tour. ~ John and Jennifer
