Vermont Distinguished Writers Series

Vermont Federal Credit Union Presents the Vermont Distinguished Writer Series 2017:

In 2016, John and Jennifer Churchman co-authored and self-published a children’s book, The SheepOver, which recounts how Laddie the sheepdog helps save ailing lamb Sweetpea. Their book, based on real events on their Essex farm, caught the attention of a major publisher and went on to become a New York Times best seller last spring. Their second book, Brave Little Finn, came out this fall. The Churchmans will discuss how Vermont and farming inspire their writing and will explain their collaborative process as co-authors.
